Specialty CD and DVD packaging helps drive sales for music, movie and game releases, providing visual shelf presence and added consumer appeal. Our packaging solutions are constructed of a fully recycled chipboard base, which can be further enhanced with recycled pulp molded ECOtrays and FSC and SFI certified wraps printed with eco-friendly soy based inks. Boxed Sets

	American Gangster 3 Disc Collector's and 9 Disc Ultimate Box Set American Gangster titles include two DVD packaging variations. The Three Disc Collector's Edition was packed out in a binder box style case with a printed, foil stamped and UV coated wrap. The inside lid panel has a special flat wrapped piece to help with lid closing registration. The Ultimate Gangster packaging holds nine discs in a two piece box. Lid wrap is a coated and embossed paper with spot UV and three different foil stamp colors. Insert is a flocked polystyrene molded tray with ribbon attached.
	World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King Collector's Edition The Wrath of the Lich King Collector's Edition packaging is the latest in the World of Warcraft releases. Box features include a high end slipcase box with a five sided box tray that holds a molded and flocked polystyrene insert to securely hold game components. Printed box wrap artwork mimics distressed blue fabric, which is finished with embossing and foil stamp treatments.
	Sarah Brightman Two Disc CD Boxed Set The opulent CD packaging features a rigid binder box and an internal disc folder with two trays for holding discs. The box was further enhanced with a special disc pack release ribbon and matte UV coating. The inside lid features a flat raised panel piece to help with lid closing registration. In addition to supplying packaging, Napco also coordinated disc replication, pack-out and distribution.

Unsolved Mysteries Hinged Lid DVD Packaging Box Set

Unsolved Mysteries: The Ultimate Collection makes a grand statement in a custom designed hinge lid, treasure chest style box. The specialty rigid box design is finished with gloss film lamination and holds 30 THINpak cases.

Daniel Boone Slipcase DVD Packaging

Daniel Boone: Seasons One & Two DVD packaging features 11mm THINpak Doubles in a customer designed rigid turned edge slipcase. Wrap consists of a five-color printed foil paper with embossing on front and spine panels.

Velvet Music Boxed Sets

Five themed music CD packaging releases create great shelf presence with dyed flocked velour wraps in different colors for each variation. Each box has a unique foil stamped title on the front and intricate foil stamped details on the back panel.

Sherlock Holmes DVD BOOKplus

Sherlock Holmes Collection DVD packaging features a turned edge book style cover which is wrapped with a durable printed paper.Packaging is lined with black uncoated Kraftpaper. A six disc injection molded polypropylene case is glued into the cover.

Napco's innovative one piece INTERlok DVD packaging is ideal for Lights, Camera, Elvis Anniversary release which includes a custom blue colored, foil stamped and embossed flocked velour wrap - creates value and saves space on retail shelves.

National Geographic CD ECOpak PRINTplus

National Geographic's special CD ECOpak PRINTplus is made using Napco's patented eco-friendly PRINTplus tray that provides up to 8-color printing directly on the tray along with a folded paperboard cover, which can be made of recycled and/or FSC Certified paper and printed with soy-based inks. Pictured are the single and double-disc packaging configurations.

FLIPtray

Harry Langdon DVD FLIPtray

Both cost-effective and space saving, the FLIPtray incorporates a custom turned edge cover with styrene disc trays. Each FLIPtray can hold either two or three discs to accomodate any disc packaging configuration. The Harry Langdon: Lost & Found release is decorated with a 4-color printed C1S paper for both the liner and wrap. The cover has two FLIPtrays to hold a total of six discs.
